Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for Rscript subscriptions.

1. Subscriptions. Subscription payments are processed by our payment provider. Because access to paid features is granted immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun.

2. Exceptions. We may issue a refund at our discretion in cases of duplicate charges, billing errors, or where required by applicable consumer-protection law.

3. Cancellation. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. How to request. To request a refund, contact support with your account email and the transaction details within a reasonable time of the charge.
